We offer free shipping on all orders over USD $100. By using top-tier courier services, we can ensure that your package will arrive in a safe and timely manner.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
*** Due to the peak season, orders placed during 1-10 February will be shipped on 11th February ***
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your country and chosen mode of shipment. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking information shortly after placing your order
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
All orders for Europe are shipped from our French stock. International orders are shipped by our Global Logistics Center in Hong Kong.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please check the tracking number that was e-mailed to you. If you cannot find your shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details and we will look into it immediately.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
You have 30 days after receiving your Cirrus product if you decide to return it. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and item must be in its original packaging. Please email us your order number and return tracking number. Allow two weeks to process your return for 100% of the product price.
Customs duties & Taxes
WHAT ABOUT ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
We process orders as fast as possible, so once you have placed it, we are typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please send us a note at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Changing my order" or "Cancelling my order", and we will do our best to help before your order ships out.
